Cipriani x Mast Capital Launch Cipriani Residences Miami in Brickell

Cipriani x Mast Capital Launch Cipriani Residences Miami in Brickell

Mar 14, 2022 March 14, 2022

Miami will gain yet another gem of a luxury condo by the house of Cipriani – this time in the southern end of Brickell. After the successful launch and sellout of the Mr. C Residences (Bayshore and Tigertail Towers) in Coconut Grove, this will be the European hospitality brand’s second residential venture in Miami.

The Cipriani brothers and developer Mast Capital officially launched sales for the 80-story “Cipriani Residences Miami” this March – carrying an average price of $1,000/square foot. Part of a three-tower project planned at 1420 S. Miami Avenue, the luxury condo tower will deliver the hospitality brand’s legendary services, timeless Italian and European elegance, and a host of resort-style amenities just south of the financial district.

Italian Hospitality Meets Brickell Living

In December 2020, co-owners Mast Capital and Rockpoint Group submitted plans to the city to build an 80-story, 400-unit condo tower with luxury amenities at their 2.8-acre site in South Brickell. They had bought the parcel located at 1420 S. Miami Avenue in 2020 for $103 million.

With the success of the Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, it is no surprise that Mast Capital again partnered with the Italian brand known for its distinguished style and world-class service standards spanning four generations. The luxury condo tower will carry the essence of the Cipriani brand in everything – from its residential features to basic services and five-star amenities.

Cipriani Pool

Designed by Miami’s prolific Arquitectonica, the striking 80-story tower will rise with 397 masterfully styled residences. Each luxury residence will feature expansive terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass doors maximizing city views, custom Italian kitchen cabinetry, Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances, an intelligent interface system to access building services, and much more.

Residences at this new Cipriani-branded building will range from one-plus-den layouts to four-bedroom floor plans. The units will range from 1,213 square feet to 4,930 square feet in size. And owners will be able to rent their units twice a year for a minimum of one month.

Amenities at Cipriani Residences Miami

Curated to deliver the timeless spirit and service standards known of Cipriani, the development team has put together an incredible amenity package. Cipriani Residences Miami will offer access to 2 lap pools with a resort-style deck, a sun terrace with dining services, a spa with sauna and treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a pickleball court, a golf simulator, round-the-clock Cipriani dining services including a Cipriani bar and residents-only dining rooms.

Additionally, residents will get to enjoy the exceptional service standards of Cipriani that were first established at Harry’s Bar in 1931 and perfected over generations. The luxury tower will also carry 18,969 square feet of exceptional shopping areas on its ground floor.

Mast Capital’s Extended Plans

In addition to the Cipriani Residences Miami, luxury apartment towers are planned for the 2.8-acre site. Previous owners had proposed the mixed-use, two-tower development called “Capital at Brickell”, which would have included residential, hotel, retail, and office uses.

However, after being sold to co-owners Miami-based Mast Capital and Boston-based Rockpoint Group, the partners now plan to build two multifamily towers offering a total of 850 apartments, in addition to the Cipriani-branded luxury condo tower. The site is further expected to carry 1,650 parking spaces.
