Developers Announce New Luxury Project that Will Be the Tallest Tower in Miami
Jan 05, 2016 January 05, 2016
PMG, a development group, finally received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to construct their 1,049-foot tall tower.
Ryan Shear, principal of PMG, said that they have, “full intention to use every foot.” If they do, their project will be the tallest standing tower in Miami.
The height of the 300 Biscayne Boulevard tower will be 1,041 feet above the ground. That is 1,049 feet above sea level, the maximum height allowed. At that height, the new tower will stand taller than the 93-story Empire World Towers project, which was proposed for that same site years ago.
Developers have not released any plans or details pertaining to the project, but it has been estimated that the project will house about 500 luxury condo units.
