Ugo Colombo and Vladislav Doronin are beginning a second collaborative project only two months after they begin selling units at Brickell Flatiron.

The team plans on constructing a 70-story condo that boasts, “ultra luxury living” right across from the Brickell City Centre, two blocks from Brickell Flatiron.
The 34,694 square-foot plot at 830 Southeast First Avenue is allowed to have 402 units, or 944,730 gross square-feet.
However, the developers plan to make fewer, yet larger units to accommodate a more ritzy demographic. In addition to the larger space, these units are rumored to include private elevators and other luxury amenities.
There is controversy over the site, as the project is rumored to block the view of the SLS Lux to the east.
Renzo Renzi planned to develop the Beacon At Brickell Village on some of the land, but Colombo and Doronin purchased that site, along with the rest of the property, for about $28.5 million over the past year.
