This second tower will be perched east of the first tower, on the same block, rising 65 stories with 461 ultra-luxury residences. Better still – the twin towers will be connected by a bridge, allowing ‘Beyond’ residents to walk over to enjoy amenities at the condo-hotel side, but not vice-versa.

E11even Residences Beyond will be designed by Sieger Suarez Architects to stand as a twin, replicating the sell-out design of E11even Hotel & Residences. The new, 65-story tower is designed to be ultra-luxe, aimed at being a home fit for high-profile buyers who seek a more VIP, entertainment-driven lifestyle.

With interiors curated by the award-winning, New York-based AvroKo Hospitality Group, all residences will be delivered fully furnished and finished. Condo units will range from 318 square feet to 993 square feet in size, while penthouses will start at 2,213 square feet. Penthouse owners will further have the opportunity to select interior layouts in a one-on-one consultation with PMG’s in-house, interior architectural design team.
