The Miami Book Fair International will celebrate the sheer pleasure of reading from November 15-22. From events and parties to readings, discussions and signings with celebrity writers, this is the nation’s finest literary event.

Featuring works from almost 500 authors from around the globe, the 8-day event kick starts Sunday with the highly anticipated ‘Evenings With…’ series. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy live readings and discussions with best-selling and legendary authors alongside Biscayne Bay. The event is spread over six breezy nights. And more than 80 Spanish-speaking authors from around the world will showcase their talent at the Ibero-American Author Program en español that runs alongside the hit evening series.

As always, the Book Fair has plenty of programs to fire up young minds. Children’s Alley, a special showcase complete with storytelling, live music, arts and crafts engages and entertains 9,000 schoolchildren. Attend live presentations from the hottest children’s authors and iconic writers for young adults. There’ll also be plenty of ‘Arts @ the Fair’ to keep them happily occupied.

The highlight of the literary extravaganza - the Street Fair is always hosted on the Friday following opening day, which is November 20. This year’s Street Fair will bring you creations from more than 450 writers in the ‘Festival of Authors.' Are you one of the Con crowd?
