Hop On Hop Off, Miami Condo Dwellers, It’s The Downtown Miami Trolley Ahoy!
Apr 29, 2012 April 29, 2012
Living in Downtown Miami just keeps getting better, especially with the launch of the second route of the free trolley transportation. This free service is scheduled to begin in May with an approximate run every 15 minutes. With operation timings being 6:30 am to 11 pm, Monday – Saturday and a special extension on Sundays during the Miami Heat playoffs, Downtown Miami condo residents are in for a real treat.
For those Miami condo residents who have just been contemplating about exploring the city and its attractions, here’s one reason to just hop on and see the sights. The route taken by the Downtown Miami trolley would be along the Brickell/Biscayne corridor near the Rickenbacker Causeway following through to the Omni Terminal, which essentially covers the City’s Health District-Stadium route launched earlier this year. The condos to benefit most from the trolley service would include stops near 1800 Club, 900 Biscayne Bay, Marquis, Ten Museum Park, Quantum on the Bay and Cite, along with most other downtown miami condos, giving residents the most envied combination of high-end luxury, breathtaking views along with convenience.
So, anytime Downtown Miami condo residents need to take a stroll through the breezy, 32-acre Bayfront Park, or get down for business to the Brickell Key, all they’d need to do is hop onto the Downtown Miami trolley. Downtown attractions too will be within easy reach and that too without having to sweat it out behind the wheel. Some of the other major attractions along the way include the serious Financial District, swanky lifestyle centre of the Mary Brickell Village, the James L. Knight Center, the momentous Freedom Towers, busy American Airlines Arena, celebratory Bicentennial Park, performing arts haven of the Adrienne Arsht Center, academic Miami International University Art and Design as well as the athletics’ delight Margaret Pace Park.
The City of Miami also plans to expand its service this summer to connect the Health District with the Overtown Area, which would definitely be another boon for Miami condo residents.
