BH Group’s 14-story Condo-Hotel – Hallandale Beach
After submitting plans to build a 14-story condo-hotel at 804 S. Federal Highway last year, developers BH and Prime Group closed on the 0.77-acre site this June. Located across from Gulfstream Park—a popular racetrack, entertainment, and casino destination in Hallandale Beach—developers acquired the property for $6.475 million.

Developers are selecting the right brand partner for their proposed mixed-use. The developer duo further proposed building a 2,450-square-foot public plaza with a fountain on the corner of Federal Highway and Southeast Eighth Street as part of the project.
