L’Atelier Miami Beach, a new condo tower, has recently celebrated their groundbreaking ceremony onsite.
The ceremony marks the beginning of the new tower's upward construction at 6901 Collins Avenue, just behind the Golden Sands building. There are only 21 units included in the project, but they do not come cheap. The lowest price for a condo in L’Atelier is $4.3 million. The penthouse, which has not been sold yet, is priced at about $33 million.
Luis Revuelta is the architect of the project. W Capital Group, SMG Management, and Roy E. Disney of Shamrock Holdings are the developers of the project. Roy E. Disney is the nephew of the late Walt Disney.
