Come September, the countdown to getting in your last laps or lazy dips in the northern hemisphere begins. In Part 1 of our series, we explored the best luxury condo swimming pools in Miami that are equally useful for leisure swimmers, as well as fitness enthusiasts and that are ready for you to soak it all in.

Bringing their signature contemporary take on classic European living to Miami, hospitality’s famous Cipriani brothers joined hands with the Terra Group to develop the sail-shaped Mr. C Residences. The maritime theme of this 100-unit condo building falls right in step with its Coconut Grove setting, and
construction started in July.

In addition to spectacular Peacock Park and Bay views, resident swimmers will get access to an elaborate Bayshore Club pool plus sundeck. There will also be a garden-level lap pool for those looking to focus on swimming training and endurance. Needless to say, there will be cabanas with towel service, poolside food and beverage service, plus a wellness lounge and juice bar to take care of residents’ nutrition needs after.
