Come September, the countdown to getting in your last laps or lazy dips in the northern hemisphere begins. But, if you’re in Miami, there’s no such thing as a “pool closed” sign, or the need to shuffle into a stuffy indoor pool. Indeed, every month in Miami is the perfect time to take a dive or train for your next triathlon.

With every season being swim season in South Florida, luxury condo developers are delivering on some of the most incredible pools and terraces that will rival any destination hotel. In Part 1 of our series, we explored the best luxury condo swimming pools in Miami that are equally useful for leisure swimmers, as well as fitness enthusiasts and that are ready for you to soak it all in.

In this blog, we’re taking a look at the most luxurious condo building pools on the horizon in Miami’s pre-construction condos and new buildings. Here’s the lineup:

Rising above 200 linear feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, the glistening 56-story tower will be home to 146 elegantly crafted residences by New York’s Paris Forino.

In addition to highly stylish interiors, swimming enthusiasts get access to three outstanding pools and an outdoor spa. The lobby-level, cantilevered pool overlooks the sparkling Bay waters. The expansive sixth-floor pool deck is the ultimate playground - featuring an Olympic-sized pool for rigorous practice, a lounge pool suited to freeform, a whirlpool spa to unwind, and a kids’ splash pad to keep those little ones blissfully engaged as you get in a swim workout. Bringing their signature contemporary take on classic European living to Miami, hospitality’s famous Cipriani brothers joined hands with the Terra Group to develop the sail-shaped Mr. C Residences. The maritime theme of this 100-unit condo building falls right in step with its Coconut Grove setting, and
construction started in July.

In addition to spectacular Peacock Park and Bay views, resident swimmers will get access to an elaborate Bayshore Club pool plus sundeck. There will also be a garden-level lap pool for those looking to focus on swimming training and endurance. Needless to say, there will be cabanas with towel service, poolside food and beverage service, plus a wellness lounge and juice bar to take care of residents’ nutrition needs after.

Soaring 52 stories above a pristine beachfront, the luxury tower will be home to 154 condo residences with access to a full-scale marina and the Fontainebleau Aviation privileges.

Dedicating more than 70,000 sq. ft. to amenities, resident swimmers will have access to three stunning swimming pools along with the open ocean. The 31st floor Sky Club will be home to the sunrise and sunset vanishing edge pools, suspended 333’ above sea level for a unique swim experience.
