One of Miami’s most beloved celebrity icons, former Miami Heat star and three-time NBA champion Dwyane Wade, has retired in Los Angeles and has placed his luxurious waterfront estate in Miami Beach on the market for $29 million. Overlooking the waters of Biscayne Bay, the one-acre estate includes a 12,000-square-foot Mediterranean mansion, gazebo, swimming pool, private dock, and naturally, a Miami Heat-themed basketball court. The property was originally placed on the market for $32.5 million in September. The two-story home contains six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, and movie theater. The property was purchased by Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union in 2010 for $10.645 million and the current home was built in 2015. A 13-time NBA All-Star, Wade is the Miami Heat’s all-time leader in points, games, assists and steals.
Who: Singer Alejandro Sanz

The 15-time Latin Grammy award winner and globally beloved singer/songwriter Alejandro Sanz has recently listed his gorgeous waterfront Mediterranean Revival mansion on Sunset Lake in South Beach overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The lavishly restored 1933 mansion was originally listed in 2014 for $18 million and has recently been relisted at the reduced price of $14.9 million. The 7,500-square-foot home contains nine bedrooms, a tennis court, gym, heated pool, and two private boat docks, as well as a fully equipped recording studio designed by Grammy award-winning engineer Rafael Sardina.
Who: Fashion Designer Max Azria
Where: Fisher Island
The Fisher Island penthouse of the late Tunisian fashion designer Max Azria, founder of the iconic fashion brand BCBGMAXAZRIA, is now on the market at the relatively modest price of $5.9 million. This luxury space at 5363 Fisher Island Drive sits on the northernmost tip of the island, with direct ocean and downtown Miami views, where comparable listings regularly navigate the $10 million and above mark. This spot could be a true steal for a remarkable home to live the lavish Fisher Island life. Azria and his wife, who is listing the condo, purchased the unit in 2005 for about $3.4 million.
Who: Tech Mogul Manny Medina

Another potential steal could be the home of tech tycoon and billionaire Manny Medina in Coral Gables, which will be auctioned without reserve in mid-February. The 15,000-square-foot five-bedroom, six bathroom mansion is located at 555 Arvida Parkway, and faces a canal. The property was originally listed for $17.9 million, but will be sold to the highest bidder. This could really be an incredible investment opportunity for the right buyer.
