Two new upscale projects have recently launched sales, adding to the competitive pipeline of coastal developments in Fort Lauderdale. While Sereno Fort Lauderdale will deliver a sophisticated waterfront community, Regency Park will offer a limited collection of meticulously designed three-story townhouses.

Integra Investments launched sales for Sereno Fort Lauderdale, this time in collaboration with Flying Point, to replicate in Fort Lauderdale the upscale coastal living experience of its Bay Harbor Islands’ namesake.
Designed by the acclaimed FSMY Architects + Planners, this boutique development will rise 14 stories with 76 luxury residences. The Regency Development Group has launched sales for a 24-unit townhouse project this March. Located at 809 NE 16th Avenue, it will place you minutes from Las Olas Boulevard and the beach.
Designed by Miami’s prolific Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, each townhome will feature a ground-floor patio, an open-concept grand room, 10-foot-high ceilings, a private elevator, a rooftop terrace, and a two-car garage. Interiors will be designed by Arhidiza.
Rising three stories each, the collection will feature three- to four-bedroom layouts, ranging from 2,930 to just over 3,000 square feet.

Pier Sixty-Six – Fort Lauderdale

As part of the relaunch of the legendary Pier Sixty-Six after a major overhaul, developer Tavistock announced that the project’s sales gallery now has a new location. While the Azul tower is completed and open for residents, there are still ample buying opportunities in the Indigo and Resort Residences towers. Integra and Huizenga’s 35-story Condo – West Palm Beach
Submitted to the city’s Plans & Plats Review Committee, developers Integra and Huizenga Holdings have proposed building a 35-story condo on a portion of the Rybovich Marina site. Located at 4300 N. Flagler Drive, the development will be designed to complement the existing marina operations.
Designed by New York’s celebrated Kohn Pedersen Fox, the waterfront tower will feature 177 two- and three–bedroom luxury condos, as well as two penthouses, and approximately 20,000 square feet of commercial space. The second and third phases of the project will include building 5,000 and 25,000 square feet of commercial space, respectively.
Along with direct access to a waterfront pedestrian promenade, residents will gain access to a pool deck, a fitness center, another indoor lap pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a spa. There will also be a 67,193-square-foot private club with office space and multiple tennis and pickleball courts, an indoor squash court, a club room, and a kids’ room.

Olara – West Palm Beach
Groundbreaking – August 2024 | Completion – Late 2027-Early 2028
New York-based developer Savanna secured $380 million to ensure seamless construction of its transformative project. A loan of this caliber demonstrates the market’s confidence in the area's demand for high-quality luxury housing.
Olara is set to revitalize the waterfront of North Flagler with single-family-home-like units and 80,000 square feet of sensational amenities. Its centerpiece private dock is unlike any other in the area, featuring three for-purchase boat slips, a pair of house yachts, and a dedicated seafaring concierge.
Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica, Olara will feature a 287-unit condo tower plus a 170-unit apartment tower. The timeless towers will be part of a 4-acre residential oasis, flaunting soft curves with glass terraces reflecting the water below. Interiors will be handled by the world-renowned Gabellini Sheppard Associates. The oversized floor plans range from 1,500 square feet to over 4,200 square feet.
Fronting the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach, the two 26-story towers will carry 30,000 square feet of restaurant and epicurean marketplace space, 80,000 square feet of amenities, plus 1,570 square feet of commercial space between them. The wellness-focused development will also have an exclusive partnership with Sollis Health, affording access to the best healthcare concierge professionals.
Highlight amenities will include two pool decks, a spa with a five-star recovery zone and Japanese-style onsen and 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor workout spaces designed by The Wright Fit, inclusive of a yoga and Pilates studio. You will also enjoy a game room, a multimedia lounge, a coworking lounge, and a library, plus lush landscaping by EDSA. There will also be an 8,500-square-foot restaurant space helmed by the acclaimed chef José Andrés Group.
Prices start at $2 million, with a choice of two- to four-bedroom-plus-den residences.
Mr. C Hotel & Residences – West Palm Beach
Groundbreaking – Q2 2025 | Completion – 2027
With 65% of the project presold, developers Terra Group and Sympatico Real Estate have announced that they will soon break ground on their condo-hotel venture with Cipriani-branded hospitality. Located at 320 Lakeview Avenue, the Mr. C Hotel & Residences will bring Downtown West Palm Beach its first branded luxury development.
Designed by Arquitectonica, Mr. C Hotel & Residences will rise 27 stories with a mix of 146 luxury condos and 110 hotel rooms. The LEED-certified tower will feature units ranging from 830 square feet to a generous 2,200 square feet in size.
Meyer Davis Studio will be collaborating with Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani to infuse the project’s interiors and amenity spaces with signature design cues from the Italian hospitality brand. All residences will feature 10-foot-high ceilings, premium finishes, private outdoor terraces, and sweeping city plus water views.
Besides a rooftop pool deck featuring unobstructed views of Palm Beach and the ocean, resident-only amenities will include a fitness center and spa, a yoga studio, a coworking lounge, a bocce court, a Little C’s children’s playground, a barbecue area, and a dog run. Guest amenities, which will also be open to residents, include a signature Bellini café and restaurant, a modern-day “pasticceria,” a ballroom, a lounge, and a niche library.
Prices start at $1.6 million, with a choice of one- to four-bedroom residences.
