Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade: January 16

Come celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at this annual parade, followed by a family festival at Memorial Park. Art Deco Weekend 2023: January 13-15

Dive into the glamorous past of Miami Beach with a celebration of one its most iconic eras – the Art Deco. For its 46th edition, the three-day festival takes on the theme “Art Deco Worldwide.” Stop by to enjoy guided walking tours of iconic architecture, lectures, a classic car show, an artisan market with antiques and collectibles, live jazz & big band entertainment, dancing, a kids’ zone, an Arf Deco dog walk, and more 1920s-style revelry.
Beaux Arts Festival: January 14-15
University of Miami campus, 1320 S Dixie Hwy, Coral Gables
It’s the longest-running juried art festival in Miami, and you’re invited! This free, outdoor community event will feature works by more than 150 fine art exhibitors and have a separate children’s art tent. There will also be a specialty marketplace, a beer garden, food, and live entertainment for a weekend well spent.

International Chocolate Festival: January 15-16

The Original Miami Beach Antique Show: January 19-23

Vizcaya Late - Art Edition: January 18

Stick around after hours to catch the Vizcaya at its most magical and celebrate more than 100 years of site-specific works at the gardens. For their centennial anniversary, the sun-bleached coral limestone sculptures by artists Jaime and Javier Suárez will be on display along with a short discussion about art at the estate.

South Florida Symphony Orchestra: January 24

5th Annual Faena Jazz Series: January 25 - June 17

Calling all jazz lovers! The annual Faena Jazz Series returns to Faena Live for its thrilling, new fifth edition. Curated and produced by Grammy-nominated producer Rachel Faro, the series will feature Wednesdays full of great Jazz, food, and drink at the Faena Theater. Kicking off the series, guitarist Al Di Meola will be performing live on the 25th for an electrifying start to the five-month-long program.

Life Time Miami Marathon, Half Marathon & Tropical 5K: January 28 & 29

While most of the northern hemisphere is huddled up indoors, you can put your endurance to the test in Miami with mile upon mile of tropical views and sounds by your side. Kicking off with the Tropical 5K on the 28th, the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon will take place on the 29th. There will also be a separate Kids Run Miami for kids aged 6-13 years, teaching them to create and fulfill goals.
There will also be a Pre-race Expo at the Miami Beach Convention Center for bib and packet pickup taking place on the 27th and 28th.

The hottest domestic circuit for athletes racing Olympic-class boats will be back in Miami this January.
