Mar 30, 2022 March 30, 2022

With the South Florida real estate market booming once again, some of the hottest properties coming to market are from globally-celebrated, luxury hospitality and fashion brands. Almost every major brand making a foray into residential real estate has or is in the process of building a condo tower in Miami. With their legendary service standards, worldwide appeal, and state-of-the-art amenities, it’s no wonder that buyers are snapping up these “branded” condo residences as soon as they hit the market.

Branded condos are also pretty sound investments, as the relationship with a stable and successful brand ensures long-term maintenance, keeping these properties relevant and in demand. Such branded properties typically range from condos starting at just under $1 million to penthouses listed at $15 million and higher. Investors purchasing branded properties can usually sell at a premium, thanks to the prestige associated with them, particularly in condos associated with hospitality brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, or The Four Seasons.
