With the South Florida real estate market booming once again, some of the hottest properties coming to market are from globally-celebrated, luxury hospitality and fashion brands. Almost every major brand making a foray into residential real estate has or is in the process of building a condo tower in Miami. With their legendary service standards, worldwide appeal, and state-of-the-art amenities, it’s no wonder that buyers are snapping up these “branded” condo residences as soon as they hit the market.
