Special Offers
Reach and Rise Brickell City Center – Brickell
Okay, so we know that Brickell City Center’s condo towers are not pre-construction, but the incentive offered by developers is worth a mention. With about 19% of the combined units at these 43-story towers still unsold, Swire Properties is offering a 10% cash back and two-year waiver on maintenance fee for their leftover inventory. This means, on a condo worth a million dollars, the incentives add up to $130,000, which would include $100,000 (10%) in cash back and $15,000 per year in condo fee.
Amenities at Reach and Rise include a half-acre amenity deck inclusive of heated lap and social pools, poolside café service, exclusive Hammam, nail salon, library, tech-savvy children’s playroom, tea room and much more.
