Grand Opening

SLS Lux Brickell - Brickell

The opening bell was rung at the SLS Lux Brickell this June in the presence of 300 attendees. Chef Katsuya Uechi served dinner by the pool deck with cocktails from S-Bar to complete the celebrations. Closings for more than 400 units of the tower were completed within 2 months, and the Related Group managed to pay off its $166 million loan.

The 450-unit luxury tower features an LED façade by lighting artist Ana Isabel Martinez among other works of art. Residents can now enjoy access to amenities like the 180-seat Katsuya, 85-seat S-Bar, rooftop pool, outdoor theater, tennis court, rock climbing wall and exclusive access to Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel South Beach.

Closings Underway

MuseSunny Isles Beach

Closings are now underway at the recently completed Muse. The visually stunning boutique-style high-rise features only 68 condo residences spread across 47 floors. Amenities include a vanishing edge pool, spa, resort-style poolside food and beverage service, oceanfront breakfast gallery, residents’ lounge, fully automated parking system and more.

Prices range between $4.8 million and $17.5 million, with a choice of two- to five-bedroom residences

Topped Off

Arte by Antonio CitterioSurfside

The first US building by Italian architect and designer Antonio Citterio has topped off. This 12-story condo building features only 16 private residences. Taking luxury up a notch, even the parking spaces at this exclusive condo building will come air-conditioned. Amenities here condo include a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, golf simulator, multi-use club room, tennis court and more.

Gone Vertical

Elysee MiamiEdgewater

The Elysee tower started its vertical ascent after the foundation pour in June. Two Roads Development is pushing for a 2020 opening. The 57-story, glassy exclamation point-like tower will house 100 half-floor condos. Amenities at this standout structure include public spaces designed by Paris-based Jean Louis-Denoit, a 7th floor amenity deck with pool, bar, yoga studio and children’s playground. There will also be a 30th floor Owners Sky Lounge equipped with a private theater/library, game room, wine room, bar and lounge area for residents to enjoy.

Prices range between $1.5 million and upward of $10 million, with a choice of three- to five-bedroom residences

Construction Status

Hyde Beach HouseHollywood Beach

At over 50% complete, construction has reached the 24th floor at Hyde Beach House. This 40-story tower will feature 265 resort-condo units and 77 stellar units. Brazilian interior designer, Debora Aguiar instils a cool urban vibe to its common spaces. The luxurious resort-condo tower will feature original works of art from the likes of Aureliano Parra, Felipe Echeverri, Aldo Chaparro and Gonzalo Fuenmayor.

Amenities include an Aqua Club with direct access to the intracoastal and water sports, expansive pool deck with semi-private cabanas, outdoor movie theater with lounge area, multi-use sports club for tennis, basketball and racquetball, private rooftop lounge, exclusive health spa, access to the Hyde signature restaurant with craft cocktails and VIP access to the Hyde Beach Kitchen & Cocktails Beach Club.

Prices range between $430,000 and $1,000,000, with a choice of one- to three-bedroom residences

CanvasArts & Entertainment District

Aiming for a summer opening, the Canvas tower is nearing completion. It’s sky-high, 100-foot dog park and art adorned hallways are already complete. Murals from over 20 street artists come curated by Daniel “Krave” Fila and splashed across its hallways. It’s ground-level restaurant bar “Esotico Miami” is expected to open by fall. Other amenities include sunrise-sunset pools, eco-friendly gardens, yoga gardens, Zen treatment rooms, multi-media screening rooms and much more.

Prices range between $390,000 and $654,000

Spark - Edgewater

Developer Spider Investments decided to cancel its condo project in Edgewater this June. The 27-story, 54-condo tower was 50% presold. The developer put the site up for sale, with a price tag of $7 million, after returning buyers’ deposits.
