A new high-end hotel and mixed-use project is coming to Midtown Miami on the corner of North Miami Avenue and 36th Street.
The project is being called Triptych (trip-tick), and will be developed by HES Group, a company that has developed in South Florida, the Caribbean, and Venezuela. The project will be designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners Inc.
Triptych will include a 20-story hotel with almost 300 rooms, over 65,000 square-feet of office space, about 20,000 square-feet of retal space, and about 370 parking spaces in a parking garage.
3601 North Miami Avenue will be the location of the project, which is in the crossroads of many booming neighborhoods in Miami, rather close to Biscayne Bay and right next to I-195. The location has been used to the company’s advantage, and they boast that it is “at the nexus of Miami’s three most dynamic neighborhoods,” referring to the Design District, Edgewater, and the Wynwood Arts District.
