New 3D Map of Downtown Miami Released to Help Visualize Future Skyline

The Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA) recently launched an interactive 3D map of the downtown Miami skyline, which shows over 100 different projects in various stages of development over the present and future.
The map has been designed to be an investment tool, allowing investors to navigate the development hotspots and gather information about various developments, including zoning regulations. The map is color coded to reflect their current status. Other details are given upon clicking each individual building, such as the developer of the project, the number of units, and more.
“More than anything, this puts critical information into the hands of those making real-time investment decisions and paints a powerful picture of how Miami’s skyline is literally being reimagined before our very eyes,” Alyce Robertson, executive director of the DDA said, “It is an exciting time to be in Miami and with this visual, we hope to also educate the public on how our city is coming out of the ground and joining the ranks of the world’s most dynamic global cities.”
