Tigertail Tower Launched, as Bayshore Tower 98% Sold

Tigertail Residences - Mr C

Following the successful launch and reception of their Bayshore Tower in early 2020, developers Terra Group and the Cipriani brothers are back with Mr. C Residences 2.0. The second tower in the complex, Tigertail Residences, launched sales this December, flaunting the same iconic team and hospitality experience promised by the first tower. Currently under construction, the Bayshore Tower (first tower) is already 98% sold.

Mr. C Residences: Classic European Luxury for Modern Nautical Lifestyle

Tigertail Residences - Mr C

The newly launched Tigertail Residences will rise 21 stories with 136 luxury residences, right behind the first tower. Although Tigertail may have launched after the Bayshore tower, the twin towers will bear the same nautical vocabulary. Designed by Arquitectonica, both boutique towers will rise in the heart of Coconut Grove overlooking Regatta Park & Marina, bearing the same yacht-inspired silhouette.

Interiors at both of these Mr. C towers will be outfitted to exceptional design standards by New York’s Meyer Davis Studio. Carrying a strong nautical narrative, residents expect bright, sophisticated living spaces enhanced by the use of rich natural materials such as high-gloss wood millwork, Italian terrazzo and quartz countertops, Italian cabinetry, solid core interior wood doors, plus premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Residents will also enjoy an intense connection to the outdoors with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and private terraces opening up to refreshing views of the park, marina, and Biscayne Bay waters.

Giving residents a taste of the Cipriani family’s legendary European-style hospitality, the boutique tower will be home to the La Bottega Café with in-home service, La Bottega Gourmet Market, and Bayshore Owners’ Club. Other standout amenities at the under-construction Bayfront Tower will include a full-service body and mind wellness center, Little C’s learning lab, teen game lounge, multiple pools, poolside towel plus beverage service, and world-class (personal + nautical) concierge services via the Mr. C custom app.

As mentioned, the boutique Tigertail Residences will stand 21 stories tall with a total of 136 European-style residences. Featuring 1 to 3-bedroom floorplans, residences in this boutique tower will come with the added option of white or Italian blue finishes. Owners at Mr. C’s Tigertail tower will further have the option to rent out for a minimum of 6 months.

Mr C’s Tigertail Residences (Tower Two)

Besides sharing the same outstanding arrival experience as the Bayshore Tower featuring an art-adorned lobby, residents of the Tigertail tower will have exclusive access to a rooftop pool, bar and lounge, a garden-level lap pool with private Bellini Bar, cabanas, complimentary towel service, state-of-the-art fitness center with access to personal trainers, signature spa, business lounge, library and billiards room, plus Little C’s playroom. Tigertail residents will further have access to the first building’s La Bottega Café with in-home service, La Bottega Gourmet Market, and a custom Mr. C Residences concierge app.

Located on Bayshore Drive, both towers will stand affording enviable views of the Regatta Park, marina, and shimmering bayfront. Next door to international-grade marinas, boating enthusiasts will enjoy having front row access to a world-class nautical lifestyle as well as globally revered regatta competitions. Living at the Tigertail or Bayshore tower, residents will be a short walk from the newly renovated CocoWalk (landmark shopping, dining & entertainment hub), as well as a host of top private schools, art galleries, and tropical parks. By car, Brickell will be 15 minutes, Downtown will be 20 minutes, South Beach will be 30 minutes, and the Miami International Airport will be 35 minutes away.

Completion of both towers is expected by end of 2023. For more details on Mr. C’s Tigertail or Bayshore Residences in Coconut Grove, or any other pre-construction condo project in Miami, call, chat or email us directly!

Transportation Brickell Bridge Schedule, Traffic and Solutions—All You Need To Know
If you’ve ever tried driving from Brickell to Downtown Miami for work, lunch or a meeting, you know the gamble. Most Miamians dread the thought of such a risky drive for fear of getting caught at the Brickell Avenue Bridge. One of Miami’s busiest drawbridges, it links Brickell to Downtown by connecting Brickell Avenue to Northeast 2nd Avenue. When it rises, so does frustration. The Brickell Bridge spans the busy Miami River, opening on the hour and half-hour (during non-curfew time) to allow both pleasure boats and maritime traffic to pass. For anyone navigating between Brickell and Downtown, these frequent openings can be a headache, especially as both neighborhoods keep on growing. So What’s the Problem with the Brickell Bridge? Let’s Investigate! Brickell is considered one of Miami’s hottest neighborhoods today. The “Manhattan of the South” is the city’s financial core and a highly desirable residential area, as well as a go-to destination for dining and nightlife. For many,...
