Paraiso Bay Condo Launch Sneak Preview (Photo Blog)

Paraiso Bay is finally here, the first of four buildings in the Paraiso District in East Edgewater!
We get to see the same exquisite level of detail and modern elegance the Related Group-Arquitectonica duo is best known for. The 53-story, twin towers feature all Bay-facing units. Each of the 650 residences capture grand water views with a sense of openness added by flow-through floor plans, all thanks to London-based United Design Partnership’s craftsmanship. This English firm is best known for its work at the Four Seasons in Canary Wharf, W in Qatar and Mandarin Oriental in Moscow. Check out the firm’s expert touches on the double volume lobby below.
Paraiso Bay comes surrounded by 5 acres of lush greens appropriately named the ‘Garden of Eden’. Internationally acclaimed, Swiss landscape artist Enzo Enea has created a paradisiacal refuge, complete with exotic flowers and plenty of shade from leafy trees. Some of these greens will be accessible to the public via a waterfront Baywalk. There’s also a stunning water feature at the entrance, along with curated art installations throughout the common spaces.
Amenities (in pictures below) at Paraiso Bay include a business center, club room with billiards, gym with cardio theater, spa with massage rooms, kid’s play room, resort deck with beach-style entry pool and cabanas, Bayfront beach club with lounge area and an indoor residents’ lounge. Other amenities include a beachside restaurant, exclusive marina and dock, two tennis courts, playgrounds, wine cellar and tasting room.
Best part, it’s all just a bike ride away from Wynwood, Design District and the Arts and Entertainment District!
Enjoy a peek into Paraiso Bay and its beautiful amenities below. The building was fully sold out, but there are plenty of units for sale from owners that recently closed on their units, as well as plenty of available rentals.

I love the pop of color you see when you drive down 31st Street to get to Paraiso Bay
PARAISO BAY LOBBY PHOTOS
There are a number of art works on display in the amenities floor of Paraiso Bay, including this beautiful sculpture as the main centerpiece.
I'm a huge fan of extra long dining/meeting tables like this.
How cute is this kid's play area?
The pool is a "beach-entry" or "walk-in" pool where you can walk into it like you do the water at the beach.
Amara at Paraiso - Upstairs Residents' Lounge
The second floor at Amara is supposed to be Paraiso District residents only. Here is a preview.
