Porsche Design Tower Condos Bring Va Va Voom Glory To Sunny Isles’ Doorstep

Imagine driving back home after a long day at work and the click of a button not only transports you up to your condo, but your car as well, without you ever having to step out of your vehicle! Sound like a scene straight out of a James Bond movie? Not really, ever since Miami developer Gil Dezer and Germany-based Porsche Design Group decided to join hands on the Porsche Design Tower condo project in Sunny Isles Beach.
The Porsche Design condos are not just any oceanfront, luxury property equipped with high-end amenities, but they are the only one of their kind that shall ever be in Sunny Isles. The robotic, automobile elevators touted to be kept exclusive by developer Dezer, take the love of cars and luxury to a whole new level. The 132-unit tower will not only be Sunny Isles Beach’s first, but also the world’s very first condo complex equipped with glass elevators to transport residents, sitting in their vehicles, directly to their doorstep, with their cars later being parked right outside.
Though the 57-story Porsche Design condo building in Miami still does not have a website, nor is the development going to break ground until the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2013, but with buyer’s interest rising like summertime mercury on this futuristic high-rise, an upscale sales center is being launched by June this year. Private meetings have already started taking place for the Porsche condos in Miami Beach, with serious potential buyers depositing $100,000 in escrow before any discussions take place.
According to Gil Dezer, buyers will be required to put 10% down when going into contract and the next 10% when construction begins. Dezer calls it one of their selling points, as it is helping people plan their future. And, buyers do not seem to mind the scenario either, with the recent 15 meetings resulting in 15 reservations for the Porsche Design condos.
The $560 million project is expected to come to completion by the second quarter of 2016. The much talked about robotic parking system will come complete with three elevators that will give you panoramic views of the ocean and city during your 45 to 90 second ride. Each of the 132 units on the Porsche Design condos will be given at least two parking spaces, with larger units even offering up to four spots. The units ranging between 3,800 and 9,500 square feet are priced up to $9 million, further heating up the preconstruction Miami Beach condos market.
