Pre-sales have begun for a new boutique condominium building that will open in 2016.
Optimar International Realty and TSG Paragon Development have recently announced the pre-sale commencement for their all new project, Cassa Brickell.
The new project, located right next to Simpson Park and the upcoming Brickell City Centre, will be a 10-story, boutique condo tower, complete with 81 units. Each unit will be one of nine designs, with up to three bedrooms per unit. All residences have three-panel windows and private balconies to take in the wondrous sights of the Brickell neighborhood in Miami.
Cassa Brickell was designed by architect Carlos Ponce de Leon, known for his design work in Miami, with projects such as the 700 Building and Silicon Plaza. Each condo unit ranges from 786 to 1530 square-feet of space, with granite-counter kitchens, Italian cabinetry, and designer bathrooms.
In addition to the unit space, the rooftop deck is a feat all by itself. Cassa Brickell residents can enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness center all under one roof.
Cassa Brickell will be awarded the LEED Silver designation for its work with environmentalists on minimizing its carbon footprint, and making a luxury condo tower, while still being environmentally friendly.
