Related Announces Two Condo Projects Are Being Topped Off

The Related Group has recently announced that two condo projects in Miami can finally add a roof.
Once they are finished, Iconbay in Edgewater and the Baltus House in the Design District will add 460 additional residential units to the urban center of Miami.
The 43-story Icon bay is located at Northeast 28th Street in Biscayne Bay. Related partnered with the National YoungArts Foundation for Icon bay to hold a design competition, where artists would create sculptures to be displayed in the park component of the project.
Many also anticipate the 15-story Baltus House's colorful hand-painted mural from Jaime Gili, an artist from London.
“We are constantly finding fresh ways to bring works of art to residents of Miami’s urban spaces,” Jorge Perez, founder and CEO of Related said, “I’ve always felt this is one of the most important ways to express our vision for living.”
The Related Group offers over 12,000 units that are being developed in the South Florida area, with luxury condos, rental apartments, and even affordable housing.

Preconstruction October 2024: Miami New Development and Pre-Construction Condo Update
