Renderings Released for New Biscayne Line Bay Walk

The Related Group released some obscure concept renderings of their new Biscayne Line bay walk. The renderings depict what Related eventually wants the bay walk to look like.
The renderings show a few walkways, including a boardwalk and a concrete path, some additive greenery, such as a median with trees, and benches. Just about anything that one would need for a leisurely stroll, a peaceful bayside relaxation point, or a bike path are all set there in these renderings.
Some also wonder if the greenery surrounding is an underlying restoration project for Miami’s native habitat.
The three renderings also hint at a few potential locations. The first shows a waterfront walk with what looks like Margaret Pace Park or the Miami Women’s Club. The second shows a bridge in the background, which might indicate that it is close to Resorts World Miami. The last one shows the Julia Tuttle Causeway in the background, which would place that section north of Edgewater, possibly near Paraiso Bay.
