Giuseppina Arena, a Miami-based luxury yacht and private jet interior designer, will be reminiscent of the interior of a Riva superyacht with a uniform color pallet accented by mahogany, stainless steel, leather stitching, and an abundance of glass, including floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that seamlessly merge into expansive glass railed terraces.

Aside from the spacious living, dining, and gathering spaces within each residence, each home will incorporate private elevator foyers, spacious 10 to 14 foot ceilings, custom Italian kitchens with Gaggenau appliance packages, and spa-inspired bathrooms with all of the finest features and finishes.
