Riva Residenze: Live The Riva Italian Yacht Lifestyle in Fort Lauderdale

Nov 21, 2024 November 21, 2024

What better place for the first yacht-branded residences from the storied Italian yachting brand Riva than the yachting capital of the United States? Cruise into luxury living at Riva Residenze, where the elegance of Italian superyachts meets the vibrant spirit of Fort Lauderdale, redefining the meaning of waterfront indulgence.

Developed in an exclusive collaboration between WellDuō, Vertical Developments, and GCF Development, Riva Residenze will be the area’s first luxury yacht-branded residences. Envisioned to merge world-class Italian craftsmanship, over 182 years in the making, with lavish residential living, it will be an exclusive enclave reminiscent of Riva’s signature Italian superyachts.

The nautically-informed tower, set at 3019 Harbor Drive, is currently under construction and is expected to be delivered in early 2026.

Designed by the esteemed Arquitectonica, Riva Residenze will rise as a 20-story tower with 36 expansive residences and penthouses along 200 feet of waterfront, strategically poised to have panoramic views of the Intracoastal waterways and the Atlantic Ocean.

The distinctly modern structure will incorporate Riva’s signature design elements into the exquisite exteriors through curvilinear walls, ribbed mahogany woodwork, and chrome finishing.

Meanwhile, the sleek interiors designed by
Giuseppina Arena, a Miami-based luxury yacht and private jet interior designer, will be reminiscent of the interior of a Riva superyacht with a uniform color pallet accented by mahogany, stainless steel, leather stitching, and an abundance of glass, including floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that seamlessly merge into expansive glass railed terraces.

Aside from the spacious living, dining, and gathering spaces within each residence, each home will incorporate private elevator foyers, spacious 10 to 14 foot ceilings, custom Italian kitchens with Gaggenau appliance packages, and spa-inspired bathrooms with all of the finest features and finishes.

Wellness-inspired amenities will include a Techno-branded gym, a yoga and pilates studio, a heated spa, a lap pool, a steam room, a sauna, and private treatment rooms.

Additionally, there will be stateroom-inspired cabin suites for distinguished guests, a SkyDeck with sweeping views, a 50-foot infinity pool with private cabanas, and a Skylounge with a gourmet chef’s catering kitchen and outdoor dining space.
