Sea Isle Marina is located just north of Downtown Miami in Edgewater. The marina has boat slips that can accommodate vessels as large as 335 meters. This brilliant marina is located just behind the Biscayne Bay Marriott putting it at the epicenter of Miami’s cultural scene. 

The brilliant perk of docking in Edgewater is that you are on the cusp of Miami’s Central Business District BD, making it a prime birthing option for anyone wanting to go straight from the office to the boat. Brickell is about a 10-minute drive away. Whereas, South Beach is also about 10 minutes away.

Top Condos Nearby: Edgewater has become extremely desirable lately with the addition of major new construction buildings offering unparalleled luxury within a waterfront community. Pre-construction condos such as Elysee and Missoni Baia are great choices packed with amenities and close to the marina. Island Gardens Marina is located on Watson Island between Downtown Miami, Edgewater and South Beach off of the MacArthur Causeway. The first deep-water, superyacht marina in the Western Hemisphere, this 50-slip marina can accommodate vessels up to 167 meters (500 feet) in length with depths up to 27 feet, as well as  smaller tenders servicing such mega-yachts.

A haven for seafarers, its location enables yachters to step directly from their vessels into the vibrant lifestyle of Downtown Miami, and nearby Brickell and Miami Beach. In the immediate vicinity of the marina are the Perez Art Museum Miami, Frost Science Museum, Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, American Airlines Arena, and dozens of top restaurants.

The Dinner Key Marina is the largest wet slip marina in Miami. Owned by the City of Miami, the 582 slips
provide modern berthing accommodations in a park-like setting. Originally the historic base for Pan American Airway's famed flying boats, the Clippers, the old Pan Am terminal building (next door to Dinner Key Marina) now serves as Miami City Hall. Also just adjacent is a Fresh Market grocery store. 

Beyond the boating, you are steps from the heart of Coconut Grove and its various boutiques and restaurants, including CocoWalk. And within a 5-minute drive is the historic Villa Vizcaya museum and gardens.
