The grand opening on November 13 will feature works by Marcel Dzama, Shinique Smith, and Uta Barth.

"Warming up for Design Miami in December, I had a look at the Paris iteration, that just took place in a 17th-century mansion once home to Karl Lagerfeld, and picked the top 3 items on my wishlist: 

• James de Wulf's hybrid between a ping pong table and a sound installation, 
• Nilufar's monumental hand blown murano glass pendant lamp, and 
• Duyi Han's mirror referencing acupuncture maps and anatomical diagrams, for both physical and psychological reflection. 

Here's hoping a few of them make it across the Atlantic for the fair's 20th anniversary happening in Miami Beach from December 2-7."
