Designed around the resident, developer Ytech brings Miami its FIRST solar-powered condo tower with The Residences at 1428 Brickell. A powerhouse of bespoke luxury and creation, the LEED-certified building will feature earthy interiors by Italy’s highly acclaimed Antonio Citterio-Patricia Viel design duo, 80,000 square feet of purposefully crafted amenities, and a unique “solar backbone.”

Looking to deliver a new language of luxury, The Residences at 1428 Brickell will feature ultra-spacious floorplans with refined materiality and a love for nature visible in its various aspects. Multiple pools, a wellness club, a wine & art lounge, plus fully furnished guest suites by Antonio Citterio are just some of the amenities planned for this exquisite tower.

All layouts at The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be plus-den, starting from a 2-bedroom sized 1,800 square feet to a 4-bedroom with around 4,000 interior square feet. Residences in the penthouse collection will range from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet in size.

Early prices for condo units range from $2 million to $7 million, with penthouses topping out at around $40 million. Developer Ytech has pitched a third-quarter 2023 groundbreaking, with completion targeted towards the end of 2026.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell will rise 70 stories with all 189 of its limited-edition residences facing Biscayne Bay. The eco-friendly tower will feature a sinuous silhouette with floorplans balanced for day- and night-time use, social- and private settings.

Known for their impeccable, nature-inspired interiors, this will be Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel’s (ACPV Architects) second Miami venture after the highly acclaimed and coveted Arte at Surfside condos. The Italian award-winning design duo plans to offer a remarkable combination of form and function in The Residences at 1428 Brickell. All residences will be delivered fully finished, inclusive of rich flooring, lighting, wall detailing, closets, and window treatments.

In a nod to its environment, each exquisite residence will open up to romantic water views, 11-foot-high ceilings, and feature floorplans designed to draw in maximum natural light. In their signature style, ACPV Architects will be using the finest natural materials and rich, earthy tones to bring harmony to this private urban sanctuary.

Saving about 3,000 barrels of oil each year, this LEED-certified condo tower will flaunt a first-of-its-kind “solar backbone.” Lining the tower’s west-facing façade will be 500 photovoltaic-integrated panels – bringing to life 20,000 square feet of clean-energy-producing glass.

The world’s first luxury high-rise to harness solar energy at such an intense scale, the bayfront tower will boast a significant reduction in its carbon footprint. Future residents can look forward to 170,000 kilowatts of clean energy per year from the installation – all used to power common areas.

Conceptualized around the resident, the list of amenities at The Residences won’t leave you wanting. Built equally for contemplation and celebration, the bayfront tower will house 80,000 square feet of purposefully crafted amenities.

Starting with a bespoke arrival experience, the porte cochere will come shielded by a lush, urban garden. The lavish lobby will feature a library lounge with coffee, tea, champagne, and food options for residents and their guests.

Moving up, the 7th-floor resort deck will be home to a resort-style pool, an aquatic therapy area with lap pool, a children’s splash pad, a club bar and lounge, plus poolside beverage service. The kids will love having access to a teen’s sports simulator, a children’s interactive playground and creativity room, a children’s learning center with interactive art & didactic sculptures, a dedicated area for children’s parties, a cinema room, and more on this level.

Self-care will take priority with 10,000 sq. ft. of dedicated gym and spa space. Expect private his, hers, and couple’s spa suites, an expansive Technogym with a weight room and HIIT zone, a juice and nutrition wellness bar, hot and cold plunge pools, a meditation room, a wellness concierge, a golf simulator, beauty suite, barbershop, plus an outdoor sun terrace with yoga pavilion.

Topping off the tower in style will be a soaring, two-story owners club and rooftop observatory. The owner’s club will house a double-height wine and spirits lounge, private dining room with limited edition Vaselli chef’s kitchen, a full bar featuring craft cocktails, state-of-the-art office suites, and more.

The rooftop observatory will afford breathtaking views of the city and bay from 850 feet in the sky. Expect a two-story atrium with lush planting, a rooftop lounge bar, and poolside service.
