Designed by Miami’s award-winning Arquitectonica, this 12-story condo building will be built to defy conventions and up the aesthetic and experience stakes in Midtown – much in line with the hospitality brand’s ethos. The building will feature a premium collection of studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom residences.

Having launched sales in December 2021, prices at The Standard Residences range from $420,000 for a 460-square-foot studio to $840,000 for an 800-965-square-foot two-bedroom. Owners at this Midtown building will be allowed to rent units for a minimum of 30 days, up to 12 times a year. As a nod to the nomadic lifestyle afforded by work-from-home flexibility, owners will further have access to a “Friends with Benefits” program, affording them preferred pricing at all The Standard hotel properties in the world.

Featuring interiors by Urban Robot, future residents will enjoy coming home to a refined pied-à-terre experience complete with open floor plans, nine-foot-high ceilings, lots of natural light indoors, private outdoor terraces, open-concept kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, custom bathrooms with double vanities, premium wood-inspired flooring throughout, and more bespoke touches.

Amenities at The Standard Residences: Play, Relax & Vibe

Staying true to the hospitality and nightlife brand’s character, The Standard Residences will feature 34,000 square feet of experientially-driven, highly curated amenities. Brand loyalists will especially appreciate the vibrant nature and hospitality of all social spaces, just like their hotels, that will be crafted to encourage dialogue and adult play.

As expected of any luxury condo in Miami, The Standard will feature a tropically landscaped, resort-style rooftop deck with a 60-foot-long sunset pool, whirlpool spa, and outdoor rain showers. There will also be a “Sweat Floor,” complete with a fully-equipped fitness center, outdoor yoga terrace, indoor yoga and meditation studio, infrared saunas, and a pickleball court (that can double as a disco party room).

Those looking to entertain will find plenty of room in the lobby-level Standard Café, a global-inspired rooftop restaurant and bar with poolside and in-residence delivery, plus the dedicated “Social Floor” complete with lounge, karaoke bar, and gourmet kitchen.

Those working from home will enjoy the convenience of having a “Work Floor,” complete with coworking spaces, four zoom rooms and a private boardroom with high-speed internet. There will also be a high-definition private screening room with cutting-edge audiovisual equipment.

Pet owners will especially enjoy having a pet grooming spa on premise. There will also be 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail at the 12-story building.

Since The Standard Residences will not have a parking garage, residents will be afforded ample bicycle storage space. Residents will further have access to on-demand housekeeping, grocery provisioning services, dry cleaning, shoeshine, and tailoring services.

Known for its pedestrian-friendly vibe, bustling sidewalks and central, urban location, developers of The Standard Residences chose Midtown Miami to reflect a SOHO-kind of feel. Residents will enjoy having everything within walking distance, including the famous shopping and dining destination of Shops at Midtown Miami, the eclectic couture jungle of Design District, and the street art activations of Wynwood. By car, Downtown’s popular performing arts center, museums, and FTX Arena will be 10 minutes, South Beach’s beautiful beaches will be 20 minutes, and Brickell’s financial district will also be 20 minutes.
