The building will feature a premium collection of studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom residences.

Having launched sales in December 2021, prices at The Standard Residences range from $420,000 for a 460-square-foot studio to $840,000 for an 800-965-square-foot two-bedroom. Owners at this Midtown building will be allowed to rent units for a minimum of 30 days, up to 12 times a year.
