ULTRA Music Festival Miami: The Undisputed King of EDM Festivals Is Back

We’ve begun counting down to the world’s biggest outdoor electronic music event - the ULTRA Music Festival. Every March, Bayfront Park hosts the most electrifying music scene on the planet with thrilling beats from the world’s best electronic DJs. This year, from March 27th to 29th, we’re calling out every music lover, spring-breaker, rave veteran and newbie to jump, pump and wild out.
While phase 1 lineup for the year - including Afrojack, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Hardwell, Dixon, Armin van Buuren, Nicky Romero, Tiesto and more - already seems like a crowd-puller, the after-parties and satellite events around the city make these three days one of the most exhilarating times to be in the Magic City.
For those 18 and over, this high-energy event packs in the greatest tunes in techno, dub-step, house, trance, hardcore, disco, pop and industrial music. Accompanied by laser shows, cutting edge projection art and dancers from around the world, the outdoor rave party features a vibe unlike any other music festival.
Started in 1999 in South Beach with a modest 10,000 attendees, the event has grown by epic proportions to attendance of over 400,000. This weekend-long celebration is dedicated to electronic dance music and is held in conjunction with the Winter Music Conference – an annual music festival taking place across the city.
