Are you a boater looking for a new Miami condo where you can dock your vessel right outside your door? In our latest video, Sep Niakan, founding broker of Blackbook Properties and veteran Miami real estate agent, presents the best pre-construction condos with private marinas or boat slips that stretch all the way from Coconut Grove, passing through Brickell, up to Bay Harbor Islands and North Bay Village.

Take a look at these luxurious new constructions to find the one that best suits your lifestyle!

Undoubtedly, one of the many privileges of living in the Magic City is our closeness to the water. Whether it is Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean or the Intracoastal, South Florida residents know a thing or two about that sailing and boating lifestyle, and developers are taking note. That is why some of the best pre-construction projects available feature the incredible advantage of having your vessel right at your doorstep.

Some of these new construction projects include:

  • Una Residences in Brickell:  This unique project’s architecture is inspired by the elegance of classic yacht design. It features spacious two to five-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase expansive views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.

Amenities at his luxurious project include a lush tropical oasis designed by Enzo Enea, private elevator entrances, exquisitely tall ceilings, and, of course, 10 private boat slips for a direct access to Biscayne Bay.
  • St. Regis Residences in Brickell: This stunning new project, designed by New York’s Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), will rise 50 stories with 154 ultra-luxury residences. It will be residence-only, with no hotel or transient use, keeping the brand and tower’s exclusivity.

Along with spectacular interiors by the Rockwell Group, residents will also enjoy a private marina, an exclusive beach club, a fine dining restaurant, a pickleball court, a resort-style pool deck with poolside bar, a holistic wellness center with a salt spa room, and much more.
  • Vita at Grove Isle: Located in the exclusive Coconut Grove on gated Grove Isle, Vita at Grove Isle is one of the few new projects under construction in this lush neighborhood. It will have just 65 residences—including penthouses—distributed along seven stories in a C-shaped building designed by CallisonRTKL.

Living here, residents will profit from the 85-slip marina which accommodates vessels up to 110 feet, the many racket-sports courts, and the beautiful Bay views available from all residences. Interiors will be in charge of Bernardi and Peschard.
  • Onda Residences: With a design reflecting the waves of the surrounding ocean and created by award-winning architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, Onda Residences will rise eight stories with just 41 exclusive residences. Located on the tranquil Bay Harbor Islands, this luxurious project is the epitome of oceanfront living while close to world-class dining and shopping at the Bal Harbour Shops.

Living here, residents will have 14 slips for boats ranging from 30’’ to 55’’ and a water sports launch dock with available kayaks, paddle boards, and inflatables to enjoy the water at leisure.
  • Pagani Residences Miami: The first residential project by the world-class automotive manufacturer, Pagani Residences is one of the most anticipated branded developments in North Bay Village. It is designed by Revuelta Architecture with interiors by Pagani Arte, the hypercar’s interior design firm.

It will rise 28 stories with 70 spacious residences ranging from two to four bedrooms, reaching almost 7,000 square feet for some of the penthouses. The exclusive building will also have a private marina with boat slips for its residents along a 240-foot boardwalk overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Our video about Miami pre constructions with the best marinas has even more great options for yacht and boat owners, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy watching!
