Video: Diesel Wynwood – Edgy, Experiential, Eco-conscious Living in Miami’s Arts District
Feb 08, 2022 February 08, 2022
These are the world’s first Diesel residences and they’re everything you would expect of the Italian fashion brand … and then some!
Staying true to Diesel’s legacy, everything in the building – from its façade to interiors, furniture, amenities, and even choice of location – has been curated to resonate with the denim brand’s “never boring” narrative. The 8-story, LEED-certified building will feature a statement façade designed by Zyscovich Architects, complete with neon beams, geometric patterns, glass, and other rugged industrial touches.
With Renzo Rosso personally curating interiors, the mid-rise is going to be a powerhouse of Italian brands, including the likes of Scavolini (kitchens), Berti (floorings), TechnoGym (equipment), and of course, Diesel. All common areas will feature furnishings and architectural details by Diesel Living - the clothing brand’s home décor line. Buyers looking for a turn-key experience will further have the convenience to add a Renzo Rosso-curated Diesel Living furniture package to their unit.
Diesel Wynwood’s penthouse collection will feature expansive residences with double-height ceilings, marble bathrooms, and private rooftops with an optional Jacuzzi and summer kitchen.
In a league of its own, Diesel Wynwood comes designed to prioritize its residents’ health while reducing its carbon footprint. Besides being a LEED-certified building, all residences at Diesel Wynwood will come equipped with “WELL” amenities that will ensure pure air and intuitive climate control systems for better living in each residence.
Amenities will include a dynamic rooftop pool & social deck, lounge space customized with furniture by Diesel Living, a Europe-inspired spa with ethically-sourced exotic organic teas, a Sensory Room with interactive relaxation features, a dedicated Art Studio for sculpture and other artists, top-of-the-line TechnoGym equipment with wellness app setup, and much more.
