Besides affording Diesel Living furnishings in common areas, the mid-rise will feature Italian touches at every turn, including Scavolini kitchens, Berti floorings, and a TechnoGym. Amenities will include a vibrant rooftop pool and social deck, a European-style spa, a space-inspired Sensory Room, a residents-only Art Studio, and more.
NoMad Residences, 2700 NW 2nd Avenue
Bringing New York’s famous social media-friendly hotel experience to Wynwood, this will be a 9-story, 329-unit condo building. Designed by Arquitectonica in the essence of NoMad Hotels worldwide, this mid-rise will bring the artsy neighborhood its first Airbnb-approved, boutique residences. Managed by NoMad Hotels, owners will be allowed short-term rentals.
All fully furnished residences will feature interiors by Design Agency.
