Video: Live in Wynwood - Miami’s Most Creative & Artsy Neighborhood

Looking for a trendy, centrally located, ripe-with-creativity-kind-of-neighborhood to live in Miami? Then check out Wynwood – Miami’s lively, creative district with palpable energy.

Wynwood is known for producing the largest number of street artists in the world – courtesy of the Wynwood Walls. These iconic walls not only offer a peek into the neighborhood’s industrial past - dominated by warehouses - but also a peek into the future, allowing a burgeoning community of street artists from across the globe to express themselves. It is also home to some of the most innovative and experimental boutiques, art galleries, live music venues, restaurants, craft breweries, and hang-out spots to be found in Miami.

Watch this video for a closer look at this 50-block arts district and why or why not this up-and-coming neighborhood could make the ideal home for you:

Where is Wynwood, Miami?

Bordered by Downtown, the Design District, Midtown, and Edgewater, Wynwood is central to everything Miami. Moving into this artsy neighborhood, you’ll be sharing your zip code with an eclectic mix of artist studios, design firms, tech startups, and a host of other avant-garde businesses. The neighborhood also offers easy access to Miami Beach via the Julia Tuttle Causeway and the rest of South Florida via Interstate 95.

One of the best parts about Wynwood is how developers have built residences to match the artsy vibe of the neighborhood. Nowhere else in Miami will you find residences like the Wynwood Atrium condo building known for its central atrium and great amenities, the Wynwood Lofts known for their modern industrial appeal, or even 250 Wynwood with each balcony featuring a unique, commissioned piece of art.
