Where is the South Of Fifth neighborhood in Miami Beach?

South of Fifth is located on the southernmost point of the infamous South Beach, Miami. There are some truly incredible gems packed into this beachside neighborhood. It is a quick ten-minute drive to the famous Lincoln Road outdoor promenade where you will find major luxe brands. Sunset Harbour is also close by for more boutique shopping, high-end grocery, and favorite local restaurants. 

Luxury shopping is also close to South of Fifth Miami being about 15 to 20 minutes of Brickell City Centre. You can stay on the beach and head north about 25 minutes to the famous Bal Harbour Shops.

Additionally, nature is close by with access to the beach and the 17-acre South Pointe Park making this the perfect neighborhood for families. There are a plethora of hidden gems close by including South Pointe Marina and another beachfront park at 3rd street. 

Who is South Beach’s SOFI Neighborhood not for? 

South of Fifth is not for those looking for a city that prioritizes being in the thick of things. If you are looking for more of a city-centered lifestyle, we recommend checking out Brickell or Downtown Miami. SOFI will be too small and the relaxed vibe may be too slow for you. 

Additionally, the neighborhood gets pretty touristy during the high season, so if tourists enjoying your area are just not your thing, this may not be the best pocket neighborhood for you.
