Preconstruction October 2024: Miami New Development and Pre-Construction Condo Update
Miami’s exclusive preconstruction condo market saw a flurry of activity this October, with Surfside being a star. While Surf Row Residences launched sales, Seaway at The Surf Club ramped up closings, with 13 out of 34 units already sold out.
