The Atlantis Condo in Brickell is a landmark 20-story building. It was built between 1980-1982 and was designed by the world famous architectural firm Arquitectonica. The Atlantis Condo is known for its glass facade and pastel color scheme and the 5-story palm court which is cut out of the building. It features a red spiral staircase, a Jacuzzi, and a palm tree. But the Atlantis on Brickell became famous when it was featured on the opening credits of the television series "Miami Vice" and it was featured frequently as a set. The building has 96 units.
