Resorts World Miami

The Resorts World Miami is a new project from Genting Malaysia Bhd and will include four hotels (a super luxury, a contemporary, a convention and a family hotel) with a total of 5,200 rooms and tow residential towers with 1,000 units. This $3 billion project will also offer a convention center, more than 50 restaurants, nightclubs and the largest ballroom of 200,000 sq ft in the U.S. Resorts World Miami features a iconic skyscrapers with designs inspired by a coral reef and will serve as the centerpiece of a new three-mile Baywalk. Resorts World Miami will create 15,000 direct and indirect construction jobs plus 30,000 permanent positions. This amazing plan also includes a casino but Genting needs first the approval of Florida Legislature. The Development is expected to start as early as Spring 2012 and the earliest completion date is in 2014. Resorts World Miami will turn Miami into a first-rate city almost overnight.
