729 Edge: Redefining waterfront living in Miami’s Edgewater with a statement exoskeleton, plush residences, and the area’s first rooftop helipad

Standing 649 feet tall, 729 Edge will be one of Edgewater’s most instantly recognizable waterfront towers. Developed by 710 Edge LLC, with part of the same development team behind Zaha Hadid’s iconic One Thousand Museum, the luxury condo tower is planned to join the ranks of ambitious projects in the bayfront neighborhood.

Designed by ODP Architecture & Design - also architects of record at One Thousand Museum - 729 Edge will rise as a 58-story luxury tower with 70 condo units. The steel and glass structure will feature a pronounced exoskeleton, similar to its Zaha Hadid counterpart, for enhanced view corridors and interior space. Offering a boutique ambiance, the luxury condo tower will feature no more than two residences per floor. Highlight amenities will include Edgewater’s first rooftop helipad, a bayfront restaurant, ground floor activations inclusive of retail and commercial uses, connection to the bayfront promenade, and more.

Replacing the Harbor 29 condos, the more luxurious 729 Edge will be a short walk from multiple stops of Miami Trolley’s Biscayne routes and a plethora of neighborhood restaurants, as well as the Baywalk that is in process. Residents will be a convenient bike ride away from The Shops at Midtown Miami, couture at Design District, art at Wynwood Walls and Perez Art Museum Miami, the performing arts at the Adrienne Arsht Center, and multiple sports at Margaret Pace Park. By car, Downtown’s FTX Arena will be 10 minutes, Brickell City Centre will be 15 minutes, South Beach’s Lincoln Road and beautiful beaches will be 20 minutes, and the Miami International Airport will also be 20 minutes away.
