4 Midtown Condos: Of Luxurious Makeovers and 300+ Residential Opportunities

Oct 07, 2012 October 07, 2012

In the wake of a market high on demand and low on supply, Gold Krown Financial’s move to place 304 condo units on the market could not have been more opportune. Following the success of 2 Midtown’s sales, with a majority of their residential units being sold within a span of five months, Gold Krown has now launched pre-construction condo sales of its 4 Midtown units that are set to feature a luxurious makeover to common areas. This comes as a welcome move for those who have been looking forward to getting a residence closer to the Design District that itself is undergoing a revolutionary change with ultra-luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Cartier setting up shop there.

In order to offer residents a more sophisticated ambience at 4 Midtown, the design duo of Raymond Jimenez and Shannon Scott of RS3 Innovative Architectural Design has been roped in. This dynamic duo will be responsible for renovations to the lobby, rooftop pool deck as well as the fitness centre overlooking the pool area over the next 60 days.

According to a press release, the new common areas will feature a completely redesigned lobby interior more conducive to socializing with hubs adorned with teak woodwork, a harmonious blend of transitional and modern furniture, warm tones as well as pops of color to add a dash of playful flair. The pool area is set to get a sumptuous touch too with brand new landscaping as well as lounge chairs. The pool itself will feature LED lighting with effects being visible in the water as well in the metal structure, noticeable from as far as Biscayne Bay.

4 Midtown Miami

According to Sam Beznos, partner in Gold Krown Financial and principal of Beztak Companies, “The renovations to the common areas will add an upscale touch to living at Midtown and will transform the tower into a social gathering place that is sleek and contemporary in design”. This artfully designed tower already features luxury condos with 42 different floor plans to choose from, all furnished and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities to offer residents the best of midtown Miami living.

4 Midtown, situated in the heart of Miami’s art and cultural hub, offers proximity to nearly 60 boutiques, an art park, outdoor spaces and a plethora of retail, art gallery, eatery as well as restaurant options. Located adjacent to the Design District and Wynwood, only a stone’s throw away from Downtown and Miami Beach with direct access to the Port of Miami, this plush condo residence makes for a smart pick for anyone who would love to be in the center of it all.

The law applies to all condos, apartments, and rental homes.
