Miami Real Estate Sales and Prices on the Rise

Miami real estate sales are increasing, according to a report recently published by the Miami Association of Realtors.

According to the report, sales of single-family homes increased by almost 10% year on year, while condo sales saw a rise of more than 2% year on year.

At the same time, listings of single-family homes increased by more than 24% during December of 2013, compared to just once year ago.

Condo listings also increased by nearly 12% compared to the same time period. The report also indicates that median sales prices for both single-family homes and condos experienced a significant increase, with a jump of 15% and 7.4%.
