Ivana Trump found a buyer for her landmark Palm Beach property after only four months on the market.
Trump sold the 14,000 square-foot property to an undisclosed buyer for $18 million; over four times her original purchase price in 1994.
Former Mrs. Trump bought the home, located at 102 Jungle Road, 20 years ago for $4.4 million after divorcing Real Estate Tycoon, Donald Trump. The property is north of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club.
“Ivana brought it back to the plans of [legendary architect Addison] Mizner,” Catherine Saxton, Ivana’s publicist said, “There was major reconstruction work done.”
Ivana Trump is a writer and former model, but is best known as the ex-wife of Donald Trump. She was born in Gottwaldov, Czechoslovakia, which is now Zlín, Czech Republic, in 1949.
In their 1990 divorce, Ivana won a $20 million divorce settlement, and later published the book, The Best Is Yet to Come: Coping With Divorce and Enjoying Life Again.
