LeBron James Puts Mansion on Market for $17 Million

by Sep Niakan | October 09, 2014

Because of LeBron James’ recent choice to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, he has also chosen to cut some of the ties he has to South Florida, specifically his house, or rather his mansion.

James’ ritzy Coconut Grove mansion was put on the market for $17 million.

The mansion has over 12,000 square feet of living space, with six rather large bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a wine cellar fit for a king, an infinity pool, and docks fit for two 60-foot yachts.

James may have made his decision to move to back home to Ohio, but seeing what he left makes one wonder what he is going to get next.

There’s really nowhere to go but down from his epic mansion in Coconut Grove.
