Proposed Stylish Museum Building on Biscayne Boulevard

The upcoming Fairholme Capital might just have the most stylish offices in the Miami area.
The new headquarters of Fairholme will be in the top floors of an inverted, windowless trapezoid soon to be located at 2626 Biscayne Boulevard, according to exclusively released plans.
Developers plan to add a museum to the building, with the first and second floor devoted to gallery space. Parking for the project will be underground.
The outside looks intimidating, but the inside will be bright and cheerful, as ambient light from the sun will come in during the daytime from a mechanized sunlight system, plus adequate light during the night. In addition, artist James Turrel, will create a giant LED-lit sculpture of aluminum that will be suspended from the roof.
The gallery below Fairholme’s offices will be visible from above. The office area will include a kitchen, wine cellar, living area, ‘sky room’, and a large balcony that overlooks Biscayne Boulevard.
Arquitectonica is in charge of the architecture and landscape designs.
