by Sep Niakan | November 21, 2014

The Related Group has released new plans and renderings for their upcoming megaproject.

One Brickell, Related’s new multi-tower project, has revealed new plans to the Next Miami, which has distributed many renderings and plan unveilings.

The project was announced originally during the Art Basel Miami Beach, but has gone through a few plan updates and concept changes.

The megaproject was going to be designed by star architect Cesar Pelli, but Pelli was unavailable, and Arquitectonica is now taking over the design for the project. The landscape architect is Enzo Enea.

The megaproject will consist of three towers, one with 57 stories, one with 77 stories, and one with 82 stories. Most of the floors will consist of residential and hotel spaces, but they will also house 40,000 square-feet of office space and 25,000 square-feet of retail.
