Pharrell Williams Takes His Brickell Penthouse off the Market

by Sep Niakan | December 02, 2014

Pharrell Williams, Oscar nominated musical artist, does not feel good about his ability to sell his Brickell Avenue penthouse any time soon.

Williams has actually taken his Bristol Tower penthouse unit off of the market recently after not finding a buyer over the course of two years. He originally listed the 10,000 square-foot condo unit for $16.8 million. Later, he cut a third off the price and re-listed it for $10.9 million.

The penthouse itself, on top of being a rather large, five bedroom condo, has its own private pool and panoramic view of the city of Miami and the ocean. Bristol Tower is located at 2127 Brickell Avenue in Miami.

The singer and producer paid $12.5 million for the condo unit in 2007.
