Miami Worldcenter has kept their designs a secret for a long time, but as many brokers are entering into the Worldcenter, the designs are leaking out.
Michael Light, broker for Keller Williams Realty, has posted this first rendering of the so called, “Yacht Skyview Deck.” The building housing this will have the four-story Yacht Skyview Deck, along with amenities on the ninth floor, and the roof deck with additional traditional amenities.
Miami Condo Investments has released renderings of the lobby area. In addition, they have shown the indoor area of the building’s spa and the outdoor area of the spa as well. The 12,000 square-foot spa will include a steam room, sauna, yoga studio, treatment rooms, relaxation lounge, nail and hair bar, and outdoor bath gardens. The designer is Elkus Manfredi, who has said it will look like an Italian yacht.
The sales center is expected to open in February, which will be built a few blocks from the project site.
