FAA Approves Heights Of Six Towers At One Brickell, Auberge Residences

All at once, before the end of September, six towers, developed by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica, were unanimously approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The six towers are split between two projects: One Brickell, a three-tower project, and Auberge Residences, another three-tower project.
The first tower of One Brickell is 828 feet above the ground, or 832 feet above sea level. The second is 635 feet above the ground, or 639 feet above sea level. The last one is 877 feet above the ground, or 881 feet above sea level.
Of the Auberge Residences towers, the first and second are both 646 feet above the ground, or 649 feet above sea level. The third tower is 530 feet above the ground, or 533 feet above sea level.
The sales for One Brickell are thought to commence in the beginning of 2016, and Auberge will begin much earlier. Construction for both One Brickell and Auberge Residences will begin in 2016.
