Julio Iglesias Buys a Mansion North of Miami Beach for $15.2 Million

Famous Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, father of Enrique Inglesias, purchased, at a price of $15.2 million, a 5,504-square-foot mansion adjacent to his 4-acre lot in Indian Creek village, an ultra-exclusive community just north of Miami Beach.
Mr. Iglesias plans on renovating the 6-bedroom house while he builds his 20,000 sq ft hacienda next door.
