New Publix Supermarket, a Welcome Addition for Downtown Miami Condo Owners

The new Publix supermarket makes its debut on downtown Miami soil in all its glory. A welcome addition to the shopping and lifestyle options available in the area, the supermarket is already finding favor amongst downtown Miami condo residents. The first, large supermarket of its kind in downtown has a spectacular set of organic, seafood and liquor options, making living in this scintillating neighborhood a little more convenient.
The downtown Publix features 50,000 sq. ft., 300 parking spaces, a pharmacy and liquor store, in addition to high ceilings, dazzling floors and wide aisles that are sure to make the entire shopping experience a breeze. Its 1776 Biscayne Bay location works out perfectly for downtown Miami condo residents, as you won’t have to drive all the way up to the jam-packed 48th Street outpost. With all conveniences now being within walking distance for the 26,000-odd residents in the area, the supermarket might just turn out to be the newest hangout place in town.
Downtown Publix also brings great news to organic food lovers, as GreenWise, the organic and natural food section, would be housing plenty of healthy options such as gluten-free flour, organic spices from Badia, as well as organic condiments including the organic Wasabi sauce. The seafood section would be stocked with the popular catches including the farmed catfish, wild red grouper, salmon, tilapia and mahi. With a host of salad, yogurt and deli options, the new Publix is all set to woo downtown Miami condo residents.
The residents of Quantam on the Bay, Cite condo, 1800 Biscayne Plaza, 1800 Club and Opera Tower would seem to benefit the most from these 8000 square feet of retail therapy, as all conveniences would now be accessible within a block or two. Besides the upgrade in shopping and lifestyle experiences in the area, downtown Miami condo owners can also look forward to a rise in property prices, which is definitely an added bonus.
