619 Brickell by Nobu: An Unprecedented Wellness-Forward Offering on the Bayfront

Japanese hospitality, British architectural precision, and Miami’s bayfront splendor. At 619 Brickell by Nobu, three distinct influences converge to create a singular vision of waterfront living that places well-being and longevity front and center.

Developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International, the 75-story tower will feature 90,000 square feet of private amenities (the largest offering in Miami) curated around the concept of “kokoro,” a Japanese idea loosely understood as the connection between mind, heart, and spirit.

From the two-story spa and biohacking-inspired treatments to the waterfront restaurant and poolside café, the brand’s holistic philosophy will be woven into daily life for a one-of-a-kind expression of true luxury.Read on for a closer look at Brickell’s newest preconstruction address, with completion anticipated for early 2031.

— The Star-Studded Partnerships Behind 619 Brickell by Nobu

Developers 13th Floor Investments and Key International are set to materialize Nobu’s first residential project in the Magic City.

13th Floor Investments, founded by Arnaud Karsenti, has deep experience across condos, multifamily, and mixed-use residential development in Miami. Key International, led by the Ardid family, has decades of expertise spanning luxury residential and hospitality, including Eden Roc and the Marriott Stanton South Beach, both in Miami Beach.

London-based Foster + Partners adds architectural pedigree to Miami’s bayfront. Founded by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Norman Foster, the global firm brings its signature precision, technological innovation, and environmental sensitivity to the 75-story tower.

The result is a distinct edifice marked by the fluid relationship between glass and light, designed in collaboration with Sieger Suarez as the project’s architect of record.

Toronto-based interior-design firms Studio Munge and DesignAgency infuse their own experiential sensibilities to 619 Brickell. Known for creating emotionally resonant spaces rich in detail, Studio Munge approaches luxury through atmosphere and discovery, while DesignAgency’s hospitality-led practice harmonizes innovation and craftsmanship to create memorable moments.

Together with Nobu Hospitality, they interpret Nobu’s Japanese influence through a quieter lens: natural materials, clean lines, thoughtful proportions, and a soothing palette. The result is a blend of modern luxury and minimal traditionalism nestled in Miami’s tropical oasis.

— Homes with Health at the Forefront

At 619 Brickell, wellness transcends the spa and steps into daily life. Residences will be equipped with HEPA air purification, multistage reverse-osmosis water filtration in the kitchens, Lutron smart lighting, intelligent climate control, and low-EMF electrical design to support circadian rhythms and the pursuit of longevity.

306 luxury homes are organized across five collections, with each section of the tower rotating southeast as it rises in order to maximize water views from the living rooms and primary bedrooms. Homes range from one-bedroom layouts starting at 1,160 square feet to stately Penthouses exceeding 6,000 square feet. Some of the best 619 Brickell by Nobu floor plans are reserved for four- and five-bedroom Sky Villas, distinguished by private balcony pools.

10-foot ceilings and deep, wraparound terraces will help shape the grandiose nature of this project, while floor-to-ceiling glass will bring Florida’s famous sunshine indoors. Refined material selections, including Italian cabinetry by Poliform and Gaggenau appliances, will further elevate the interiors. Three distinct palettes will offer an elegant canvas open for customization.

— Nobu’s Approach to Holistic Wellness

With 90,000 square feet of amenities dedicated to wellness, leisure, and dining, 619 Brickell has been envisioned to operate like a private health and hospitality ecosystem, starting with the two-story, residents-only spa and wellness center.

Alongside spaces for Pilates and Reformer, yoga, personal training, and meditation, residents will have access to a curated longevity and biohacking program. Offerings include cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ozone therapy, red-light therapy, and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) and peptide therapy, among other high-tech treatments.

Two annual health and anti-aging consultations with the in-house medical team coupled with assistance from a medical-grade wellness concierge will help owners stay aligned with their goals year-round.

Atop the building’s podium, the sunrise pool will feature a salt concentration comparable to the Dead Sea. The semi-Olympic lap pool with three lanes will be ideal for training, while the 86-foot sunset pool will offer a place to unwind. Four smaller plunge pools will provide more intimate spaces for recovery in the water.

Healthy movement is also made possible with two padel courts as well as Formula 1, golf, skiing, and snowboarding simulators.

Naturally, the Nobu name will extend to the table with a full-service waterfront Nobu restaurant and a residents-only poolside café along with in-residence and private-chef services. For casual evenings, Nobu Café will pair indoor and outdoor dining by the pool with a private game lounge, where residents can play a round of billiards or settle in at the poker table.

Thanks to complimentary access to The Marriott Stanton Beach Club in South Beach, trading the cityscape for the sand is a short drive across the MacArthur Causeway.

— Brickell Living on the Bay

Brickell is one of Miami’s most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods—and its most walkable, thanks to its dense urban fabric.

A typical day in Brickell might consist of a morning smoothie at Pura Vida, a power walk in Mary Brickell Park, a shopping session at Brickell City Centre, and a lychee cocktail with friends at Sugar Rooftop. Everyday conveniences are steps away, and, as the city’s financial hub, long commutes are (almost) unheard of.

Moving beyond neighborhood confines is a breeze. Coconut Grove, the backdrop of Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, borders Brickell to its south. Downtown Miami is just over the bridge and hosts landmarks like Kaseya Center (home to the Miami Heat), Pérez Art Museum, and Bayfront Park. From Downtown, Brightline’s rail line leads to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.

Wynwood and Design District, north of Downtown, bring art galleries, Michelin-starred restaurants, and high fashion into the wider orbit. Both South Beach and Miami International Airport are about 20 minutes away by car.
