Thai Wellness Icon in Miami’s Urban Core
Thai hospitality meets Miami’s dynamic lifestyle in Anantara Miami Resort & Residences, the newest addition to Edgewater’s collection of high-end residential offerings. The wellness-forward project, set for completion in 2030, will mark the world-renowned hotel brand’s US debut.
To bring the Anantara vision to life, Minor Hotels is partnering with One Thousand Group, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), and ODP Architecture & Design, with Patricia Urquiola lending her interior-design expertise to create a healing retreat within the urban core.
The 50-story Edgewater condo-hotel will comprise 50 boutique hotel suites at its base, 120 condo-hotel residences, and 100 private branded condos. Notably, it will be crowned by a private helipad, allowing residents and guests to arrive by air, and also have seamless access to destinations of their choice.

Thoughtfully Engineered, Wellness-Oriented Living
Having served as the backdrop to Season 3 of the HBO hit series The White Lotus, the Anantara resorts, operating under Thai-based Minor Hotels, base their hospitality offering on centuries-long Thai holistic health traditions with modern approaches. Anantara, which means “without end” in Sanskrit, will bring ancient eastern wellness practices to Miami’s growing luxury condo-hotel offering.
One Thousand Group, the masterminds behind Miami landmarks such as Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum in Downtown Miami and Downtown Miami, will lead development alongside architecture by KPF, the same firm responsible for the ambitious The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami in Brickell Key, as well as ODP Architecture & Design.
The team is completed by Patricia Urquiola, known for her minimalist and floral interior-design pieces used in buildings such as The Rome EDITION, in what will be her first US residential project.

Far-Reaching Residential Appeal
The new Edgewater condo tower boasts an elegant, modern silhouette with an amenities podium inspired by the geometry of palm trees, and a sleek glass façade. Anantara Miami Resort & Residences will stand 50 stories tall and include a mix of private homes, condo-hotels, and hotel suites.
Private residences will comprise the upper floors, with three- to six-bedroom floor plans framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and deep terraces, plus Studio Urquiola-curated European kitchens with stone countertops and backsplashes, and spa-style primary bathrooms with open rain showers.
And, for investors interested in Miami’s growing luxury market, the project’s 120 condo-hotel residences will include one- and two-bedroom configurations with optional hotel management by Anantara, allowing for long, relaxing stays and the opportunity for long-term rentals (6 months minimum).
Finally, Anantara’s first three stories will include 50 boutique, guest-ready hotel suites with soothing interiors and access to the resort’s wellness amenities.
While it’s not a waterfront condo per se, the best Anantara Residences Miami floor plans will offer residents and guests breathtaking water views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami cityscape.
A Soothing Retreat for the Senses
Set to offer more than 130,000 square feet of interior and exterior resort amenities, the promotion of health and well-being is at the center of Anantara’s philosophy.
The brand’s Thai roots are interwoven throughout its offerings, allowing guests and residents to experience the benefits of longstanding traditions in the form of slow, deliberate practices infused with modern well-being practices.
Building highlights at Anantara Resort & Residences Miami include a Vitality and Longevity Center with spa treatments, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, and hyperbaric chamber therapy; a pool center surrounded by lush gardens and bay views; and a rest and recovery center including a sauna, hammam, and red light therapy zones.
Exclusive resident amenities will span 25,000 square feet, anchored by hot and cold plunge pools, a sun deck with multiple lounge areas, a dining room with a wine tasting lounge, and a private residents’ club room, among other facilities.
Anantara Residences Miami will be topped by a private helipad, a rare feature even in Patricia Urquiola, offering residents the fastest route to the building's resort-worthy amenities. It also puts destinations like Palm Beach or the Bahamas just a helicopter ride away, alongside a curated slate of hospitality-led experiences. As worldwide experts in wellness and longevity, Anantara understands that time is one of the most valuable luxuries a resident can have.

At the Intersection of Miami’s Best Offerings
Located in Edgewater, Anantara Resort & Residences Miami will be surrounded by sweeping views of Miami’s cityscape and Biscayne Bay. This coastal slice of the city is compact, at 1.7 square miles, and centrally located, close to walkable paths along the bay, lush parks to relax in, and two bigger Miami neighborhoods offering their own fair share of luxury lifestyle and entertainment: Design District and Wynwood.
Immediately to the north and just five minutes by car, residents will find the Design District, known for fine dining experiences in Michelin-star restaurants such as COTE and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and a range of upscale shopping options by the likes of Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Fendi.
Additionally, the Institute of Contemporary Art is open year-round, exhibiting permanent indoor and outdoor collections and special curations from national and international artists.
Just a ten-minute drive to the south, Wynwood’s eclectic art scene and vibrant nightlife add the finishing touches to Anantara’s urban core experience, including quirky cafés and pastry shops, numerous art galleries, colorful street art, and a variety of small convenience stores.
A brief five-minute drive from Anantara Miami’s condominium leads to the packed cultural agenda of the Adrienne Arsht Center, while the Peréz Art Museum is just an additional five minutes away.
Finally, this newest Edgewater preconstruction condo is only a 20-minute drive from the beach and 10 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
